The blacksmith Kale loves the beautiful Aranka, but his mother does not wish their love, because Aranka is a witch. During the evening festival, when young people jump over the fire, Aranka gets lost. At that time, Master John is driving through the countryside and gets lost, finds a fireplace and Aranka appears to him in a lit candle.
